I am having a problem scheduling times for my heating it seems to be in manual mode and I can’t get it back to schedule mode , I gave always had scheduled dates and never had this problem , I have downloaded instructions but still not coming on !!! Please help

The temperature showing on the display is higher than that set BUT the true temperature of the room is much lower. So no heat is supplied. I override to call for heat. What do I need to do for the system to provide heat?

Is there a way to program the heating to come on regardless of thermostat temperature? We have a new build and the builder has put this system in to control just the master bedroom with en-suite, just two radiators in total. In the en-suite we have a tower radiator which we would like come on at set time regardless of the master bedroom thermostat reading.
Bought a TPOne-B. Pulled the tape out to activate the battery (button type) but nothing happened I have replaced the battery and still nothing happens,no bleep nothing on the screen or anything.
